1. Introduction

Welcome to Kakoo Shah Jewels. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from us, visiting our website, or interacting with our brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or make any purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All our jewellery pieces are handcrafted by Indian artisans, and may have slight variations or irregularities, which are not considered defects.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for reference; minor color and design variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

  • Kakoo Shah Jewels reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are accepted once full payment is successfully received.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store card or UPI details.

  • Customised or pre-order items require full advance payment and are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the estimated time mentioned at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, natural calamities, or holidays.

  • Customers will receive tracking details via SMS or email after dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges as per their country’s regulations.

5. Exchange Policy

Kakoo Shah Jewels does not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
However, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery, and an unboxing video is available with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests will not be accepted for customised orders, sale items, or international shipments.

  • Customers must bear a pickup and re-shipping charge of ₹500 (PAN India) for all exchanges.

  • Exchange processing may take 15–20 working days, subject to stock availability and quality checks.

  • A product can be exchanged only once per order.

6. Return Policy (for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery and share an unboxing video as proof.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, a replacement or credit note will be issued.

  • If you choose to ship the return yourself, the ₹110 shipping cost will be credited after we receive the parcel.

7. Repair Policy

We are happy to assist with repairs of our jewellery.

  • All pieces come with a 1-month free repair warranty (pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500 applies).

  • After 1 month, repair charges + ₹500 pickup & re-shipping will apply.

  • Repairs are only accepted within 6 months of delivery.

  • Whether a product is repairable depends on the design and condition of the piece.

  • To request a repair, email us at office.kakooshah@gmail.com with clear images or videos of the damage.

8. Credit Notes

  • Credit notes are issued only in special cases approved by the management.

  • Credit notes are valid for purchases made only on Kakoo Shah Jewels’ website.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and no discounts apply on exchanged or credit note purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Kakoo Shah Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • We are not responsible for damage occurring after the product has been delivered, including wear and tear or mishandling.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, text, and logos displayed on our website and social media pages are the exclusive property of Kakoo Shah Jewels. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
