1. General Policy
At Kakoo Shah Jewels, we value each piece handcrafted by our skilled Indian artisans. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
However, we understand that issues may arise during delivery, and we have provisions for exchange or replacement in certain cases as detailed below.
2. Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items)
A return or replacement request will only be accepted if:

The product received is damaged during transit or incorrect (different from what was ordered).

Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery and share an unboxing video as proof. to within 24 hours

The customer provides a complete unboxing video showing the package opening, ensuring all tags and packaging are intact.
Please note:

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Customised or made-to-order jewellery.

Pre-orders or special request pieces.
-
Items purchased during sale, promotional offers, or discounts.

Products showing signs of wear or use.
-
Minor colour, texture, or design variations that arise due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.
4. Return & Exchange Procedure
If your order meets the return criteria:

Notify us at office.kakooshah@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Share your order details, unboxing video, and images of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once approved, our team will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.

Please keep the product packed securely in its original box and packaging.
5. Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges

For approved returns due to damage or wrong product, pickup is arranged by us, and no charge applies.

If you choose to self-ship the item, a ₹110 shipping credit will be provided after the parcel is received and verified.

For exchanges requested for reasons other than damage (e.g., size, design change), customers must bear pickup and re-shipping charges of ₹500 (PAN India).
6. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for cancelled, returned, or exchanged products.

In exceptional approved cases, a credit note may be issued for the product value only (excluding shipping).

Credit notes are valid for use only on Kakoo Shah Jewels’ official website and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping, handling, and tax charges are non-refundable.
7. Processing Time

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, exchange or credit note processing may take 15–20 working days.

Please note that handcrafted pieces may require additional time for replacement, subject to availability.
8. International Orders

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for international orders.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and taxes applicable in their country.

We are not liable for damage or loss occurring after delivery within India if the parcel is forwarded overseas.
9. Damaged or Missing Items in Shipment

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.

Claims made after 3 days of delivery cannot be processed.
